100g kale (washed, stems removed)

2 celery stalks (washed and chopped)

1/2 cucumber (peeled if desired)

1 slice fresh ginger (peeled)

Prep the Ingredients:
Wash all produce thoroughly. Peel the pineapple and cucumber if desired. Remove stems from the kale. -
Juicing Method:

Using a Juicer: Feed all ingredients one by one into your juicer. Collect the juice in a clean container.

Using a Blender: Add all ingredients with 1/2 cup water. Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag.
