Ingredients:

  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped

  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

  • ½ cucumber, peeled and sliced

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 glass of water (optional, for smoother texture)

  • Ice to taste (optional, for a refreshing chill)

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Core the apple, chop the celery and cucumber into smaller pieces for easier blending.

  2. Add to blender: Place the chopped green apple, celery, and cucumber into a blender.

  4. Adjust texture: Pour in the glass of water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
