2 medium apples (sweet or tart, e.g., Fuji, Gala, or Granny Smith)

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled

½ lemon (juice only)

½ cup cold water (optional, for blending or adjusting consistency)

Ice cubes (optional)
-
Honey or maple syrup (optional, if you want extra sweetness)
π₯£ Instructions:
If using a juicer:

Wash apples and strawberries thoroughly.

Core the apples and remove the stems from strawberries.
-
Juice the apples and strawberries together.
-
Squeeze in fresh lemon juice.
-
Stir and serve over ice (optional).
If using a blender:

Follow steps 1–3 above.

Add fruits to the blender with ½ cup cold water.

Blend until smooth.
-
Pour through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp (optional).

Add lemon juice and stir well.

Taste and adjust sweetness with honey/maple syrup if needed.

Serve chilled or over ice.
