1 cup roasted chicken, shredded or chopped π

1 cup broccoli florets, steamed π₯¦

1 medium carrot, sliced or shredded π₯

½ cup peas (frozen or fresh)

½ cup green beans (trimmed and steamed)

½ cup corn kernels π½

1–2 tbsp fresh lemon juice π

Salt to taste π§
Instructions:

Prep the vegetables:
Steam or lightly boil broccoli, peas, green beans, and carrots until just tender (about 3–5 minutes). Drain and let cool. -
Assemble the bowl:
In a large bowl or plate, arrange the shredded roasted chicken, steamed veggies, corn, and avocado slices. -
Add seasoning:
Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with salt to taste. You can also add pepper, olive oil, or your favorite dressing if desired. -
