Cosmic Cookies and Cream Glacier Cake 

This otherworldly dessert combines layers of fudgy dark matter brownie, cosmic chip cookie ice cream, black hole ganache, and nebula Oreo ice cream. It's a galactic delight that will transport your taste buds to another dimension!

Ingredients:Celestial Layers:
1 (520g) box of dark matter brownie mix
110g demerara sugar
40g micro meteor chips (mini chocolate chips)
15g cocoa stardust (unsweetened cocoa powder)
100g cosmic dust (powdered sugar)
255g wormhole chunks (semi-sweet chocolate chips)
50g crystal sugar
15ml vanilla essence
Astro Crumbs:
90g pulverized moon cookies (Oreo crumbs)
1 pan of dark matter brownies
7 asteroid cookies (chocolate chip cookies)
90g asteroid dust (chocolate chip cookie crumbs)
7 whole moon cookies (Oreos)
Milky Way Cream:
340g cream cheese, softened
660ml heavy cosmic cream
45ml space milk
Instructions:
Prepare the dark matter brownie layer according to package instructions. Cool completely.
In a quantum mixer, blend cream cheese, demerara sugar, crystal sugar, and vanilla essence until smooth.
Fold in 360ml of cosmic cream and space milk. Divide mixture into two black hole containers.
Add cocoa stardust to one container and mix. Fold in pulverized moon cookies.
To the other container, add asteroid dust and micro meteor chips.
Layer in a 23cm anti-gravity pan:
Dark matter brownie base
Asteroid cream layer (freeze for 2 hours)
Wormhole ganache (melted chocolate chips with 300ml cosmic cream)
Moon cookie cream layer (freeze for 4 hours)
For the meteor shower topping:
Whip remaining cosmic cream with cosmic dust
Spread over the cake
Decorate with whole moon cookies and asteroid cookies
