Weekly Oat Fruit Smoothie Plan


🍏 Monday – Green Detox Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup green grapes

  • 1 small banana

  • ½ green apple, chopped

  • ¼ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup cold water or unsweetened almond milk

  • Ice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add oats to the blender and pulse to break them down slightly.

  2. Add grapes, banana, green apple, and liquid of choice.

  3. Blend until smooth. Add ice and blend again if desired.

  4. Serve immediately.


🍍 Tuesday – Tropical Berry Blend

Ingredients:

  • ½ red apple, chopped

  • ½ banana

  • ½ cup pineapple chunks (or mango)

  • ¼ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup water or plant-based milk

  • Ice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Adjust texture with more water or ice.

  4. Enjoy right away.


🫐 Wednesday – Antioxidant Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 banana

  • ½ green apple

  • ¼ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup almond milk or water

  • Ice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add oats, blueberries, banana, and green apple to the blender.

  2. Pour in liquid and blend until fully smooth.

  3. Serve chilled.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, hulled

  • 1 banana

  • ½ green apple

  • ¼ cup oats

  2. Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency if needed.
