π Monday – Green Detox Smoothie
Ingredients:

½ cup green grapes

1 small banana
-
½ green apple, chopped
-
¼ cup rolled oats
-
½ cup cold water or unsweetened almond milk
-
Ice (optional)
Instructions:

Add oats to the blender and pulse to break them down slightly.

Add grapes, banana, green apple, and liquid of choice.
-
Blend until smooth. Add ice and blend again if desired.
-
Serve immediately.
π Tuesday – Tropical Berry Blend
Ingredients:

½ red apple, chopped
-
½ banana
-
½ cup pineapple chunks (or mango)
-
¼ cup rolled oats
-
½ cup water or plant-based milk
-
Ice (optional)
Instructions:
-
Place all ingredients into a blender.
-
Blend until smooth and creamy.
-
Adjust texture with more water or ice.
-
Enjoy right away.
π« Wednesday – Antioxidant Smoothie
Ingredients:

½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
-
1 banana
-
½ green apple
-
¼ cup rolled oats
-
½ cup almond milk or water
-
Ice (optional)
Instructions:

Add oats, blueberries, banana, and green apple to the blender.

Pour in liquid and blend until fully smooth.

Serve chilled.
π Thursday – Strawberry Banana Glow
Ingredients:

½ cup fresh strawberries, hulled

1 banana
-
½ green apple
-
¼ cup oats
-
½ cup cold water or milk

Ice (optional)
Instructions:

Add all ingredients to the blender.

Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth.

Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency if needed.

Ingredients:

½ apple

½ cup mango chunks
-
¼ cup rolled oats
-
½ cup plant-based milk or water

Ice (optional)
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until creamy and lump-free.

Add more mango or oats if thicker texture is desired.

Drink immediately.

Ingredients:
