
Weekly Oat Fruit Smoothie Plan

1 cup coconut water (unsweetened, preferably fresh or 100% pure)
1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup strawberries (hulled, fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup water (or more for desired consistency)
1 tbsp lemon or lime juice (optional, for tanginess)
1/8 tsp sea salt (electrolyte booster)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Strain if desired (for a smoother texture).
Serve cold over ice or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
For extra hydration, add a few mint leaves or cucumber slices.
You can swap pineapple or strawberries with watermelon, mango, or blueberries depending on what you have.
Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
