Ingredients 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips 8 oz penne pasta 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp butter 4 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 1/2 cup chicken broth 3/4 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning Salt & pepper, to taste Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions Cook Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Sear Chicken: In a large skillet, heat oil and butter. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
Make Sauce: In the same pan, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and simmer 2–3 mins. Add cream, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.
Combine: Return chicken to the skillet, then add cooked pasta. Toss everything until well coated. Simmer 2–3 mins more to thicken.
Serve: Garnish with chopped basil. Serve warm.
