Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
* 1 1/4 cups warm water (105-115 degrees F)
* 1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for brushing
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, garlic, rosemary, salt, and sugar.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yeast and warm water. Let stand for 5 minutes, until the yeast is foamy.
3. Add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture and stir until a dough forms.
4. Stir in the olive oil.
5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise in a warm place for 12-16 hours.
6. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
8. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
9. Shape the dough into a loaf.
10. Place the loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
11. Brush the loaf with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
12. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
13. Let the bread cool slightly before slicing and serving.
