πΉ Bake the Cake Layers
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
2. Combine Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together:

7. Fold in Raspberries
Gently fold in the raspberries, being careful not to mash them.
8. Bake
Divide the batter evenly between the two pans.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Cool Completely
Allow cakes to cool in pans for 10 minutes, then turn them out onto a wire rack to cool fully.

1. Melt White Chocolate & Cream
In a heatproof bowl, melt white chocolate and heavy cream together using a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second bursts. Stir until smooth, then let cool to room temperature.
2. Beat Cream Cheese
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
3. Combine and Beat
Add the cooled chocolate-cream mixture, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Beat until fluffy and spreadable.
