  • ¼ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon dried dill or parsley

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  2. Prepare 3 bowls:

    • Bowl 2: Beaten eggs

    • Bowl 3: Panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt & pepper
