  • 4 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped

  • Juice of 3 lemons

  • A handful of fresh mint leaves

  • 3 tbsp honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • 4 cups cold water

  1. Blend the base: Add chopped kiwis, lemon juice, honey (or sugar), and half the water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
