Instructions

1. Make the Chocolate Cake:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line three 8-inch pans.

2. In a bowl, whisk dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, salt).

3. In another bowl, whisk sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Add buttermilk.

4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then slowly mix in hot coffee.

5. Divide evenly between pans and bake for 25–30 minutes. Let cool completely.

---

2. Prepare the Whipped Chocolate Frosting:

1. Beat cold cream, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

2. Keep chilled until ready to assemble.

---

3. Make the Ganache Drip:

1. Heat cream until just steaming.

2. Pour over chocolate chips, let sit 1 minute, then stir smooth.

3. Cool slightly before using.

4. Assemble the Cake:

1. Place one cake layer on a stand. Spread frosting evenly and top with chopped strawberries and blueberries.

2. Repeat with the second and third layers.
