Air Fryer Garlic Butter Salmon

Crispy edges, flaky inside, and that rich garlic butter flavor—this air fryer salmon is the weeknight dinner hero you didn’t know you needed!

Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
4 tablespoons butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket (skin-side down if they have skin).
4. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the fillets.
5. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
6. Plate it up, drizzle with extra butter sauce if you like, and garnish with a lemon wedge for a bright, fresh finish.

Time to cook: 15–17 minutes
