
Banana and Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

A refreshing and nutritious smoothie perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack!
Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 cup milk (almond, oat, dairy, or your preferred milk)
-
1 teaspoon honey or sweetener of your choice (optional)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Ice cubes to taste
Instructions:

Prepare the ingredients:
Peel the banana and, if using fresh blueberries, rinse them thoroughly. -
Blend everything together:
In a blender, combine the banana, blueberries, milk, honey (if using), vanilla extract (if using), and a few ice cubes. -
Blend until smooth:
Blend on high speed for about 30–60 seconds, or until the smoothie is creamy and smooth. -
Serve:
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. For extra flair, garnish with a few whole blueberries or banana slices on top!
Tips:

For a thicker smoothie, use frozen banana or add a few spoonfuls of Greek yogurt.
