Banana and Blueberry Smoothie Recipe


A refreshing and nutritious smoothie perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack!


Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup milk (almond, oat, dairy, or your preferred milk)

  • 1 teaspoon honey or sweetener of your choice (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • Ice cubes to taste


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients:
    Peel the banana and, if using fresh blueberries, rinse them thoroughly.

  2. Blend everything together:
    In a blender, combine the banana, blueberries, milk, honey (if using), vanilla extract (if using), and a few ice cubes.

  3. Blend until smooth:
    Blend on high speed for about 30–60 seconds, or until the smoothie is creamy and smooth.

  4. Serve:
    Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. For extra flair, garnish with a few whole blueberries or banana slices on top!


Tips:

  • For a thicker smoothie, use frozen banana or add a few spoonfuls of Greek yogurt.

  • Want more protein? Add a scoop of your favorite protein powder.

  • Add chia or flax seeds for extra fiber and nutrients.
