
Tricolor Gelatin Cups

A delicious and colorful dessert made with layers of fruit and creamy gelatin.
Ingredients
For the fruit gelatin layer (purple):

2 cups of blackberries (can be fresh or frozen)
-
2 cups of grape juice
-
3 packets of unflavored gelatin (21 g total), hydrated in 1/2 cup cold water and melted
For the creamy layer (white):
-
2 cups of plain yogurt
-
190 grams (about 6.7 oz) of cream cheese, cubed
-
1 cup of evaporated milk
-
1 cup of table cream (media crema or heavy cream)
-
1/2 cup of honey
-
3 packets of unflavored gelatin (21 g total), hydrated in 1/2 cup cold water and melted
For the colored layer (pink/purple):
-
Same creamy mixture as above
-
1 tablespoon of pink or purple food coloring
For decoration:
-
Whipped cream, as needed
-
Strawberries or fresh berries, to garnish
Instructions
-
Prepare the fruit gelatin (purple layer):
-
Blend the blackberries with grape juice until smooth.
-
Strain the mixture to remove seeds.
-
Mix the blended juice with the melted gelatin and stir until well combined.

Pour this layer into small cups, filling about 1/3 of each cup.

Refrigerate for at least 30–45 minutes, or until set.

Prepare the creamy gelatin (white layer):
-
In a blender, combine yogurt, cream cheese, evaporated milk, table cream, and honey. Blend until smooth.

Add the melted gelatin and blend again to incorporate.

Pour this mixture on top of the set fruit layer, filling another 1/3 of the cup.

Refrigerate again for 30–45 minutes or until firm.

Prepare the colored layer (pink/purple):
-
Take the remaining creamy mixture and mix in the food coloring.
-
Pour it as the final layer on top of the cups.
-
Chill for at least 1 hour or until completely set.

Decorate and serve:
-
Once all layers are set, top with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry or berry of your choice.

Serve chilled and enjoy!
