Healthy Shrimp Salad for Fat Loss


Ingredients:

100g boiled shrimp (peeled)

2 boiled eggs

1 cucumber (sliced)

7–8 cherry tomatoes (halved)

1 boiled sweet corn (kernels removed)

1 handful of lettuce

A few rocket leaves

Dressing:

5 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp honey

3 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, eggs, cucumber, tomatoes, corn, and greens.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients until well combined.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
