4 cups fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (toasted)
In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, diced mango, blueberries, feta, and toasted walnuts.
In a small jar, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well emulsified.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving. Toss gently to coat.
