πŸ§‰πŸ’š Coconut Lime Daiquiri (Layered Version)


Servings: 1–2 drinks
Prep time: 5–10 minutes
Blender required


🌿 Ingredients:

Green Layer (Tangy & Bright):

  • 2 scoops lime sherbet

  • 1 oz KΔ“KΔ“ Lime Cream Liqueur (or substitute: 1 oz lime juice + ½ oz simple syrup + splash of cream)

  • 1 cup ice

White Layer (Creamy & Smooth):

  • 1 oz coconut cream (like Coco López or similar)

  • 2 oz coconut water

  • 1–2 oz white rum (optional, adjust to taste)

  • 1 cup ice


πŸŒ€ Instructions:

  1. Blend the Green Layer:

    • In a blender, combine lime sherbet, KΔ“KΔ“, and ice.

    • Blend until smooth and slushy.

    • Pour into the bottom half of a chilled glass (or halfway up if layering).

  2. Rinse the Blender:

    • Quickly rinse to preserve color contrast.

  3. Blend the White Layer:

    • Add coconut cream, coconut water, rum (if using), and ice.

    • Blend until smooth and pour gently over the back of a spoon to float it over the green layer.

  4. Garnish & Serve:

    • Garnish with a lime wheel, shredded coconut, or mint sprig for flair.


🍹 Optional Twist:

Make it a frozen swirl by blending both layers separately and swirling together in the glass for a marble effect.
