✨ Why You’ll Love This Recipe

This Veggie Pizza is a go-to for entertaining — it's quick to make, full of fresh flavor and texture, and always a crowd-pleaser. A cool cream cheese topping infused with herbs pairs perfectly with crunchy raw veggies on a flaky crescent crust. Ideal for parties, picnics, or holiday gatherings!

🛒 Ingredients

  • 8 oz refrigerated crescent rolls (1 can – use full sheet dough if available)

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened (reduced-fat or regular)

  • ½ cup sour cream (light or full-fat)

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 2 cups finely chopped assorted veggies (e.g., broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, cucumber, green onion)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare the Herb Spread
In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, dill, chives, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let flavors develop.

  3. Bake the Crust
Roll out the crescent dough on the prepared baking sheet. If using traditional crescent rolls, pinch seams together to form one large sheet.
Bake for 6–7 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool completely.

  4. Assemble the Pizza
Spread the chilled cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust. Top with the chopped fresh vegetables, gently pressing them into the spread.

  5. Slice and Serve
Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to slice into bite-sized squares. Garnish with extra chives if desired.

📝 Tips & Variations

  • Time-Saver: Substitute 1–2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning mix in place of fresh herbs.

  • Make Ahead: You can bake the crust and mix the spread in advance. Assemble just before serving for best texture.

  • Veggie Ideas: Try radishes, cherry tomatoes, or zucchini for variation!

❄ Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Note that the crust may soften over time as it absorbs moisture from the topping. Freezing is not recommended.
