Coconut Jello Delight
Ingredients:
- 300ml coconut cream
- 5 cups water
- 2 tbsp agar agar powder
- 3/4 cup sugar, add to taste
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Heat over medium-high until boiling, stirring occasionally.
3. Pour into a heat-resistant mold. Let cool for 30-40 mins then refrigerate until set!
4. Cut into small pieces and enjoy!
Note:
- You can let it set on the counter; it doesn't need refrigeration to solidify, but chilling it adds a refreshing touch!
- Swap water with coconut water for an even tastier treat.
