📝 Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1 cup mozzarella ciliegine (mini mozzarella balls), halved

  • 1/3 cup fresh basil, roughly chopped or torn

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Optional garnish: sliced almonds or toasted pine nuts for extra crunch
