🍹🌴 Tropical Fruit Smoothie


A refreshing, creamy, and colorful smoothie packed with tropical fruits like mango, pineapple, dragon fruit, and strawberries. Perfect for a nutritious breakfast, snack, or post-workout treat!


Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1/2 cup diced mango

  • 1/2 cup dragon fruit (pitaya), chopped

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 cup plain or strawberry yogurt

  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based like almond, oat, or coconut)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

  • Ice cubes, to taste


Optional Garnishes:

  • Pineapple slices

  • Whole strawberries

  • Fresh fruit chunks placed at the bottom of the glass


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients:
    Wash and chop all fresh fruits. If using frozen strawberries, no need to thaw.

  2. Blend the smoothie:
    In a blender, combine strawberries, pineapple, mango, dragon fruit, banana, yogurt, milk, and honey or agave syrup. Add a handful of ice for a thicker, colder smoothie.

  3. Blend until smooth:
    Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes, or until the mixture is creamy and smooth. You can add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.

  4. Garnish and serve:
    Place a few chunks of fresh fruit at the bottom of each glass. Pour the smoothie over the fruit. Garnish with a pineapple slice or a whole strawberry on the rim.

  5. Enjoy immediately:
    Serve with a straw and enjoy your tropical burst of flavor!
