πŸ“‹ Ingredients

Ice Cream Base:

  • 2 cups (480 ml) cold heavy cream

  • 1 can (14 oz / 397 g) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Edible Cookie Dough:

  • ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, softened

  • ½ cup (100 g) brown sugar

  • ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour, heat-treated*

  • ½ cup (90 g) mini chocolate chips

Candy Mix-ins:

  • ¾ cup (150 g) chopped Snickers 🍫🍯

  • ¾ cup (150 g) chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups πŸ₯œπŸ«

  • ½ cup (120 ml) chocolate fudge sauce (optional—but highly recommended!)

πŸ“ Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Cookie Dough:
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Stir in milk and vanilla extract. Add heat-treated flour and fold in mini chocolate chips. Roll into small bite-sized pieces and chill in the fridge.

2️⃣ Whip the Cream:
Using a stand or hand mixer, whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and airy.

3️⃣ Load in the Candy:
Fold in chopped Snickers, Reese’s, and the chilled cookie dough chunks. For extra decadence, swirl in chocolate fudge sauce to create a rich candy ripple throughout.

4️⃣ Freeze to Perfection:
Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container. Smooth the top, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight, until fully set.

5️⃣ Scoop and Enjoy:
Serve in cones or bowls, topped with more candy bits or a drizzle of warm fudge. Get ready for dessert heaven! 🍦✨

⚠️ *Important Note on Heat-Treating Flour:

To safely enjoy raw cookie dough, heat-treat the flour by microwaving it for 1 minute (stir every 20 seconds) or baking it at 300°F (150°C) for 5 minutes to kill bacteria.*
