Garlic Butter Steak and Shrimp Stir-Fried Noodles

Ingredients:
8 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced
12 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
10 oz egg noodles or ramen noodles
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Toss in the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
Add garlic and bell peppers to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet. Pour in the sauce mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and stir-fry everything together for 2-3 minutes until heated through and the sauce is absorbed.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
